Dispatch & Delivery

UAE Deliveries

  • Free shipping UAE wide on all orders over 250 AED
  • For all orders placed UAE wide we offer a flat rate shipping of 20 AED.
  • Domestic orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days* via Aramex couriers.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • Signature required on delivery. 
  • Once order has been prepared for dispatch you will receive an email notification with your Aramex tracking number.

 
GCC Deliveries

  • Flat rate shipping of 40 AED for GCC orders (excluding customs duties/tax).
  • International orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days* via ARAMEX couriers.
  • Depending on the destination some GCC orders may incur an additional customs duty/tax fee payable by the receiver. Please be mindful of this if purchasing as a gift.
  • We cannot mark GCC orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
  • Once order has been prepared for dispatch you will receive an email notification with your Aramex tracking number.
*Please allow up to seven business days for dispatch during sale periods.


Gift Voucher Delivery 

  • Gift vouchers are delivered electronically to the nominated email address. If you wish to have a voucher posted in the mail please enter your own email address and then contact contactpurebaby@retailfour.com to request postage of the voucher.

 
Partial Orders and Availability

  • Available items will be dispatched in a timely manner, however, if any items are on back order they will be sent once available, at no extra charge. 
  • If you wish to cancel a short picked item please contact us at contactpurebaby@retailfour.com.
  • If an item is unavailable and is not available at any stores we will refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that we cannot accept any responsibilty for delays whilst in transit.

 

Online Returns

We hope that you enjoy your purchase, however, if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist by providing you with a refund.


Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Purebaby returns that wish to be refunded must be received within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
  • Gift orders can only be exchanged for a credit code, not cash.
  • No refund for change of mind on sale items, credit code only within 14 days.
  • Hair brushes and hosiery cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.


Simply email returnspurebaby@retailfour.com and give us a date, 3 hour time slot between 9am to 5pm for collection and quote your order number and items to be collected.

We will then send a courier to come and collect the items and refund/credit as per original mode of payment within 14 days. 


Damaged Or Faulty Goods

Purebaby, subject to proof of purchase, is happy to provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund on any product purchased directly from one of our own stores exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product intended purpose, significantly different from what was shown to you or in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumers guarantees.

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact the Online Customer Service team at contactpurebaby@retailfour.com. We will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit.

If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you. Please note that we will only accept returns originally purchased online.


Goods Received In Error

If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you ordered please contact the Online Customer Service team on contactpurebaby@retailfour.com. We will arrange for this to be returned to us and for the correct item/s to be sent.
